Busy Signal – One More Night

General’s Ranking: starstarstar

Big up to VP for getting these “digital singles” out on itunes and amazon. Many traditional record labels are still slow to get their products to market. Let’s hope more labels catch on soon.

Pre Release Single 2010
for promotional use only

Any Barrington Levy remix has the potential to go big and this tune will get lots of play to start the new decade. With a meaningful title “No War” and a collaboration with Cash Money the potential for a classic slipped away to a somewhat disconnected vibe between the artists. Overall a big tune…ruuuuuuun it!

Another 2009 release on the Ariwa label, produced by Mad Professor. Aisha put together a nice cover of the Bob Marley original and Mad Professor tears it down with the b-side dub mix

This 2009 release from Ariwa label, the home of Mad Professor has a strong a-side with a Little Roy cover and wicked Mad Professor relick of the riddim from Bob Marley’s Caution on the b-side.
